Ratings and reviews

The app does not have pay later options like lazypay or simpl pay. When we contact customer service, they ask for screenshots, if this is every month. Then, this is your app, you fix it or switching the business to a better option. Cannot go through this with your customer service and the app every single month and cannot provide you with screenshots. Your competition would love to welcome me business, which is of a good amount of money.

Very bad experience with the app, to begin with there is no option to add mobile number to the address while saving, every calls goes to the registered mobile number where as addresses would be of a different person. In addition to that we cannot contact customer support for any issues we can only select frm the list given which nvr gng to solve the issue. To conclude they hv a very pathetic customer service and support and I'm surprised how this app is still surviving in dis generation.

When I was about to cook, I found that the product I brought was expired. By raising the complaint, they made refund in zepto wallet(saying use that amount to order again). If we order just that single product which is under ₹99, they will charge smart cart fee - 35, delivery fee-25, platform fee&Handling fee - 10. So for their mistake, I have to pay 70rs extra for the product worth 45rs. What a great solution! 👌
