the app in very complicated. they try to get you to pay the month its due and the upcoming month. and when you try to just pay was is due tgey make it hard to get to pay now

my info "does not match ". put in acct numbe r from bill, tried BOTH emails, and my name. I'm 75 so I assure you I used the correct frigging name. we still have no power and no information so this app is about as useful as teats on a boar hog
