Worst ever app controls, and WORST EVER customer service. They are very unfriendly, not professional, complete waste of time, had to call / dial again 7-8 time, days long, just to get a simple task done. I have 50 Mbit/sec connecion, but their app is having all kind of problems. The workesr know how bad their app and connection is, so they keep hanging up. There are many other better working service providers for remote identification serices.

it's soo frustrating. I can't get past through the first step of identification. first it said there are going to be 2 steps. step 1. enter the 6-digit PIN step 2. scan your ID. I clic "continue" and it's straight to scanning ID. which is not working. yeas I've checked all thing like turning on NFC, taking off phone case and stuff multiple times. We've tried on 2 different phones. we can hear "the click" as if the phone scan the ID. yet nothing changes in the app it's not going any further.

This service of authentication is really bad. They are never available and when they answer they just finish the call without reason. It is really frustrating to be calling them and not be able to do a very simple thing. I mean, your job is not so hard you know.
