Garbage App keeps failing in the middle of the identity verification workflow without saving anything, so you need to start over every time. But when it fails in that way, it freezes and you cannot restart the workflow without restarting your phone (even re-installing the app doesn't solve this). It requires creating an account, but you cannot do this ahead of the live session with the specialist - this would at least let you save your photo and photos of your ID...

Dear Ms. Haag, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Due to a legal requirement, it is unfortunately not allowed to "continue" or "reuse" data of an identification already started. Therefore, in the event of an interruption, IDnow must restart and repeat the entire identification process, regardless of the reason for the interruption.
Miserable user experience. Said I could use email or phone to get a confirmation, app froze after pressing continue. App then crashed several times while taking a photo, other times it did not recognize the document, then asked for the back of my passport (whatever that is), then crashed because my Bluetooth was on. Every try I had to reenter the same information and take the same pictures over and over and over again, finally got to a rep, call dropped. Tried again, black screen. Appalling.

Worst ever app controls, and WORST EVER customer service. They are very unfriendly, not professional, complete waste of time, had to call / dial again 7-8 time, days long, just to get a simple task done. I have 50 Mbit/sec connecion, but their app is having all kind of problems. The workesr know how bad their app and connection is, so they keep hanging up. There are many other better working service providers for remote identification serices.
