Worst ever app controls, and WORST EVER customer service. They are very unfriendly, not professional, complete waste of time, had to call / dial again 7-8 time, days long, just to get a simple task done. I have 50 Mbit/sec connecion, but their app is having all kind of problems. The workesr know how bad their app and connection is, so they keep hanging up. There are many other better working service providers for remote identification serices.

The first time I tried to use the app it froze while I was connected with a person carrying out identification. When I tried again the app no longer even let me get to that stage - as I scanned my passport it said I needed to make sure I was scanning the back and front of the same document (I was). I tried again the next day and everything worked ok, but I wasted a lot of time.

It keeps saying bad connection. Reinstalled, restarted phone, did everything but this is not working. Pathetic app. Did everything they suggested in email reaponse. They have some issue with browser app too. I wish I could give negative stars. Wow, everything else is working, your app is the only one "checking and failing"
