Worst ever app controls, and WORST EVER customer service. They are very unfriendly, not professional, complete waste of time, had to call / dial again 7-8 time, days long, just to get a simple task done. I have 50 Mbit/sec connecion, but their app is having all kind of problems. The workesr know how bad their app and connection is, so they keep hanging up. There are many other better working service providers for remote identification serices.

ok, worst app ever. tried MULTIPLE times, with different languages, waiting for up to 20minutes every time. It says "Waiting for an Ident Expert", then nothing happens. Totally unprofessional app. Either use AI or make sure humans actually show up during the office hours you give.

Didn't work at all... Tried 3 times and every time I couldn't hear the person trying to identify me, so they cancelled after 10 seconds. In-ears also didn't work. Very disappointing
