Worst ever app controls, and WORST EVER customer service. They are very unfriendly, not professional, complete waste of time, had to call / dial again 7-8 time, days long, just to get a simple task done. I have 50 Mbit/sec connecion, but their app is having all kind of problems. The workesr know how bad their app and connection is, so they keep hanging up. There are many other better working service providers for remote identification serices.

I tried roughly 10 times until it worked on several phones and a macbook m3. It was not connecting even though both my wifi and my 5g phone were showing Internet speeds of over 100 mbps. I had a similar experience 10 months ago. For such an important app, these problems are not acceptable.

The first time I tried to use the app it froze while I was connected with a person carrying out identification. When I tried again the app no longer even let me get to that stage - as I scanned my passport it said I needed to make sure I was scanning the back and front of the same document (I was). I tried again the next day and everything worked ok, but I wasted a lot of time.
