not terribly user friendly. the way the activities and exercises are displayed can be confusing. the navigation can be tiresome and require a lot of taps to pass through each menu. Upsides: shows graphs of all your data well so you can track yourself. The mapping while out on trails is very accurate. And the altitude seems spot on so far.

I'm currently having problems getting my polar flow A370 to connect with this app, which has worked in the past. Whenever I click the device on my bluetooth selection on my phone, a pop up message saying, "An app is needed to use this device" even though I have the app and have signed in. If this could be fixed in the future, I would upgrade the app to 4 stars, but for now, it stays where it is.

While not the most user-friendly experience, the app works. NOTE: If using it to track a walk or run, you MUST give it location access AT ALL TIMES, not just when it's in use. (Strange choice, Polar.) I will say that I appreciate being able to receive zone feedback during runs. It isn't perfect, but it's free, and it's better than I initially thought.
