from opening the app and just hit payment, they updated it so you have to search your bill now, copy the RF code that you either way are logged in and accessing the bill itself to pay, they bloody open the browser instead. they take you OFF APP ENVIRONMENT INSTEAD! update? more like DOWNGRADE! i was thinking of transferring my phone and everything to cosmote because of how comfortable and easy to do things it was with app and prices but now forget about it. an extra headache out of nowhere!!!!!

App is pushing advertisements in its notifications. Horrible practice, especially for an app that is practically mandatory to control the mobile subscription. UPDATE: A dev reply stated this is only done with the user's consent, a misleading and patronizing response. When there's no way to opt out besides unistalling the app, and the app is required to control your mobile connection account, that's hardly "user consent".

finding tax authorities on invoicing option never works. Additinal info as per your request. I have tried to use the search function yo find the specific tax authorities our company belongs to, so I can issue the invoice and that does not work at no mattwr what you type in the search box. Due to this fact I have beem forced to top-up twice without the option of having an invoice issued
