Ratings and reviews

They make you add funds to your account in order to buy a la carte packages (instead of letting you buy the packages directly) but your funds expire after a couple of months unless you add more funds. Basically they steal your money if you don't give them more. I tried to add more funds the last day and got a "connection error" on the app and got my balance stolen. Do yourself a favor and use a different provider.

This app steals my money. Every month, put in the money I want to use and instantly get data and call minutes. If not my money will be back to zero. Yesterday I put in my monthly 12 dollars and I didn't instantly get a package. I didn't open my phone for two hours. when I finally opened it I got a message that the application didn't have any money in. That's crazy because two hours earlier I put 12 dollars in. I refuse to use this app again, it's the second time it does this I want my money back

I have two phone lines with COSMOTE, but this app will only let me manage one of them. I can't use tokens for both lines. They should make it where I can choose either line for token redemption and top ups.
