Never Handy but very glitchy! This app crashes multiple times during use and requires you to log back in via phone text verification message in the middle of usage. It's very similarly structured to the Uber app and very user-friendly, just very unstable

This app and the schedule are for nothin. 'cause the buses are always late, they might make' em on time when the tours are here. But when it comes to the public here in Hampton road, the buses are always late. All the people that are saying that it's great. They're paid to say that because the buses here are terrible and the bus drivers are rude. And gross, and you can see them chatting at the bus stop, knowing that they're late, they don't care, and if you call and complain, they don't care eit

The ap works fine to book a ride going somewhere. But done plan on booking a return ride, because the ap will not book return rides. THE AP IS USELESS.
