Now a days I've a lot of bad expirinces, I keep stuck with the app during the order, when I reach the location, I can't pick my order, it's getting stuck with the selfie option, not loading, and that leads to delay on order, and I got a penalty of 1200, for that purpose, I buy new phone, but that same thing is happening😞😞so sad for my loss

I had the worst experience with swiggy as a delivery partner. Despite being the only earning member in my family. My account was blocked due to a false complaints.i did not do anything wrong. Yet swiggy blocked my account without proper investigation. There parter support is unfortunately and based towards customer. It's OK to prioritze cx satisfaction. But not at the cost of delivery partners livelihoods.

They said work wherever you want, but they forced to work in a perticular area you don't want to, before completing my registration I clearly mentioned 3 times the area I want over a phone call to them, but they given me an area which is approx 5km away. They also not provided the detailes of how to get the joining bonus, so they didn't provide me the joining bonus as well.. Worst services from the swiggy, better to go with zepto or blinkit.
