Worst app ever. On 22nd September I earned ₹1412, but Swiggy transferred nothing. Instead, ₹500 was deducted and ₹912 was also not credited to my account. I have been contacting the support team for more than a week, but there is no response or valid reason given. This is completely unfair. After working the whole day, seeing my hard-earned money vanish without explanation is very frustrating. I have decided to leave this app because of such unprofessional behaviour.

A worst experience about their support and application system, don't use this platform, if you have much time for hours and hours waiting so please go for this application. Their payment term was very bad when you accepted the order show amount was not received when you completed the order. so please stay away from this application.

very bad experience, if the customer doesn't pick phone we cannot contact customer support and have to wait for a long time or need to ask customer to contact them. as partners we don't get to create tickets which allows us to contact customer support instead of we create a ticket they said your issue is solved and close the ticket at once
