I created an account for a delivery partner, paid Rs 149, and completed training. But there's been no response yet. It says on the app that the form has been submitted, please wait for 2-3 hours, but it's been 36 hours and the DE ID hasn't arrived. tapped the "I need a call" option more than 100 times, but there's no response from there either. If you don't want to hire me, please return my money.

I had a very bad experience with Swiggy. I got an order from a restaurant, picked it up, and confirmed it. The restaurant guy suddenly asked me to show the order again and then took the parcel back, saying he won’t give it to me. immediately called Swiggy support, they spoke to the restaurant, and then unassigned the order. After two days, I got a message that I didn’t deliver the order and a penalty was added. I have explained this issue to 5–6 agents, but no one helped. They closed my ticket
