Update: Thanks for adding the feature to ask why we're canceling a ride. I don't like canceling rides, especially since it comes with a fee, but sometimes I'll get matched to someone who doesn't move for several minutes and I'd like to get to my destination sooner rather than later. (But then the cost of the trip goes up. *sigh*) Previous: Whatever ya'll did to fix things since the recent update has the app working very well again. Thank you!

They keep double-charging my card. Before I got a car, I budgeted how much I needed to get to work. I kept going over budget. Checked my bank account. Each ride showed $10 plus an additional $10 pending. I needed to budget TWICE the actual cost to get to work. Actually more, because this $10 ride, randomly cost me $50. Because of the double charging, I actually needed to budget 10 times the actual cost. They literally held my paycheck hostage until I could finally afford a down payment.

Rough service. Misleading app experience. It'll say driver is X mins. away & no matter what happens the time NEVER readjust. Very frustrating when you need to decide to cancel to try to find faster option. Additionally, you pay for a 1 min. wait ride & they'll make you wait 3 - not an issue usually, but I paid +$3 just to be told it's the same as the 'wait & save'. Customer service (IF you can find how to contact a person) might as well be AI as they seem to only give minimal responses.
