Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible. Tracking your delivery is the worst experience ever. it always disconnects, you can never live track the driver, it shows "delivered" and then the food arrives an hour later. If I could, I would give it a stars. absolutely horrible!

Can't get OTP to activate account to order. Restarted my phone to re-register on network (in case that was the problem). Now I can't activate my account. When I try to order then it says "Account awaiting activation" and it's stuck there. Now after 30 minutes of banging my head against a brick wall, I'm ordering somewhere else and probably never will order Debonairs again because this bad experience spoils the whole franchise for me.

Very easy to use app the location option is very accurate you can do manual address entry if you don't want to use location access, very easy to place an order the menu is easy to follow and make selections, also check out is quick and easy, you can choose to pay in advance or pay with card on delivery, cash on delivery or pay with voucher
