When i try to terminate the contract, they cancel my termination request several times. The last one they say they would terminate it internally without requiring phone calls. But to no avails, they deny the termination request and prolong it further. I already use another services to replace my internet. Now I already have paid several months without even using the Unifi services. How should i deal with this? I even go to the main branch to settle this issue, but it doesn't work. Help.

The constant logging out and inconvenience has made this app very frustrating to use. Despite the purpose of making it easier for customers to manage things with Unifi, my experience has been consistently negative. I must mention the poor customer service, and even reaching out through the hotline is slow and unhelpful. I have been loyal to Unifi, but if the issues with this app cannot be resolved, I might have to consider stopping using Unifi altogether (easy fix is not really "easy" tbh)

Wow the unifi tv automatically log you out when you didn't turn on your tv for a week. Wow the unifi technician didn't mention to record down the unifi tv id when setup. (how do you expect elderly person could know that) Wow the app is kind of useless when I minimize the app and launch my email app to verify with my email, when I resume back it asked for another email verification and I go into the loop. Uninstalled, waste my time.
