there are a few frustrating points. The 5-minute timer after placing an order is inconvenient, especially when I only find out at the end that it’s rejected and without a reason. Sometimes the app even lets me order from a closed restaurant, only for me to realise this after waiting. Also, the Prime subscription’s free delivery isn’t practical for small orders, as it requires reaching a high minimum amount, making it unusable for single-person orders.

Jahez, the only thing that's helping you is the boycot. The new app is worse than the old one. no filtering, still can't add our address, and the worst thing is when you click on a restaurant and then decide not to buy and click back it takes you back to the top of the list rather than where you were. Please just fix the last issue.

Terrible customer service and support. The call centre are rude, arrogant, and dishonest. Last time I used the app, the driver wanted me to pay more than the value of the invoice from the pharmacy simply because the app showed a different amount. When I insisted I pay only the correct amount as per the invoice, the driver refused to take the money and reported me as "refused to pay". They slapped me with a penalty (of the amount shown by the app) even though I returned the items.
