Still trying it out, but I like it so far. The bell sound is nice and not intrusive. The only thing I don't like is there is pretty noticeable loud static or white noise in the recording after the bell tone is finished sounding and it stays on for a few seconds too long, imo. I think it's a quality issue with the recording of the bell. But so far it hasn't bothered me enough to stop using.

The periodic bell sound (Mine is set on Bell 6 set at 5 minute intervals) reminds me to breathe, stay mindful, and stay in a meditative mindset. I find that it calls me back to my center and helps me stay centered, relaxed, and calm. It is easy to use and has a number of choices for bell sounds. It is easily turned off and on without having to reset a lot and has a wide variety of settings to determine the length of time between repeats of the bell sound.

Almost perfect. Perfect would be the option to set an overall time (30 minutes, for example), along with an interval for the bell to ring (10 minutes, for example). Then you could have a sequence that looks like this: bell rings, 10 min bell, 10 min bell, 30 min final bell, timer turns off. That would be great.
