It does have 3 levels. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced. However, for thirty dollars I should have more options than running level. You can't see the time intervals you will be running and you can't adjust them either. You can't adjust your rest periods. I can't run for an hour except every once in a while. For $30 I should have workout options. Time, level of difficulty, speed training, endurance...ect. this app is way over priced.

The app is trash. It worked OK on the first two runs, then refused to measure distance. Btw, I was running in the same exact area, so mobile coverage is not an issue. Also, the intervals randomly pause and restart. I need to find a better app. On the plus side, the workouts are well constructed. Now, if this app could actually track them.

GPS is HORRIBLE. App is great, gives you the countdown to start jogging or running. Good increase over the weeks to longer running times. Issue is the GPS tracking, it is the worst. I run around a block and for some reason it only tracks halfway or it shows that I ran through people's houses. So if you don't mind that it can't figure out how far you ran and just the time, then choose this app.
