Just starting and so far liking this app. The 5 minutes allows you to do one session a day, several in one sitting, or spread through out. Good for beginners; there's a beginner path and elevated path. Affordable. Can pay subscription fee for monthly and year, non for 2 years, low income or even free. My one complaint is that I wish you can see a list of the exercise in each session, rather than having to scroll through them.

This app was great until one day it updated and it wasn't free anymore. I would pay a one time fee for lifetime access but the subscription model is an awful business model for the consumer. The ability to keep the pre-existing access but with an ad-supported plan would have been nice, too. If this is the only option you have for exercise maybe it's worth the price but as a supplement to other exercise it's not worth it.

I only did the app for two days and I found it to be very helpful because you can read the text to see what you must do to make the exercise work correctly, and it times you and dings when the session is done. Therefore you can put the phone down and not have to concentrate on the motion of the animation and the ding will alert you that your session is done.
