Have never once been able to get this on my non-Amazon Android tablet Have followed Health Magazine's web site instructions: Go find Health Magazine in the Google Play Store, tap subscribe, take the option identifying yourself as a subscriber, put in your subscriber number, and go. Basic problem: Health Magazine doesn't appear on the list in my tablet. It shows up when I log into Google Play website, but doesn't appear in Google Play store app on my tablet. Really sucks, since unlike other claims about this being a free subscription, they charged my CC a non-zero amount.
Bad graphics This digital magazine needs some work on the font and graphics. It all looks pixelated and the font is very small! The fact that we can't even zoom in makes all the articles so hard to read. I will most likely cancel my subscription because it hurts my eyes and I get frustrated squinting to read the articles that I would normally enjoy. Very sad.
Zooms on phone but not tablet Impossible to read on my older tablet because the zoom feature is disabled. It will zoom on my older Note1 though. I do wish that it allowed landscape mode since I've seen it work in other magazines.
Disappointed Signing up for the app was easy - no cc info required. My problem is with the emagazine itself. It is NOT interactive except to make purchases and it is very difficult to read as you can't even zoom in to read the articles. Think I'll stick to the hard copies until this is resolved.
People don't understand I get shape magazine e-version free because I get the print version. However Google needs a credit card number because they "bill" you $0 a month. I am sure it has something to do with making sure the new issues are sent out. I have yet to actually be billed anything other than $0 dollars. People, this is supposed to be you rating the magazine and not your lack of knowledge.
What it says I didn't have to put my CC in as I'm a subscriber and it worked just fine! Not sure why others are having a problem..
