Good Value, Easy to Read in Text Mode I have been a subscriber to PCPro for a number of years now, my subscription is due for renewal so thought I would give the electronic version a try (although I might miss the DVD from time to time). I'm converted, I find the convenience of having the magazine on my Nexus 7 with all the weblinks to hand is the way forward for me. I like the text mode which makes it easy to read without the constant in and out zooming on some of the magazine apps (FlyPast is one that comes to mind). Yes it does have some shortcomings, no bookmarks and sharing, maybe that will be addressed at some point, if they are then it's a 5 star.
Free 30 day "trial offer", only if You buy it !! What kind of free trial is that? Pc morons have no common sense..even Sheldon could figure that one out !!!!
CHAOS SOMEONE ACCIDENTLY PUNCHES IN NUMERIC CODE TO NEW HAVEN ELECTRIC GRID LOCAL NEWS STORY. THAT WAS EITHER DURING HOLIDAY SEASON OF 2004, OR THE SPRING OF 2005.
No new issues since the November 2016! No access to Dec, Jan or Feb issue, still awaiting resolution of problem from Google.
Horrible experience Text mode & bookmarks missing on Dec2016 Issue. Less functional than a PDF, not worth the price for the digital version, certainly not worth subscribing to. Unfortunately for a technology magazine they've totally screwed up the hi tech implementation, I'll be sticking with the old fashioned printed edition.
Possible issues with subscriptions for PC Pro Renewed in August and had the December issue already on my tablet (they publish it in advance) when it was just removed automatically a few days ago when I refreshed my magazine content. I then noted that I was actually missing a further two more recent issues. Google support have since confirmed that there appears to be an issue with subscriptions for PC Pro for a number of users. Note that my other magazine subscription is fine
