The app has a neat X ray feature which gives trivia and actor info during scenes. That being said, much of the exclusive content is just not as good as the exclusives on other platforms. Some originals are great (Fallout, The Boys) but overall... Meh. The big issue for me is the amount of ads despite having paid for the service. Ads play midway through episodes or movies, absolutely infuriating. Worse still is certain titles not included with prime and still cost extra! Cash grab?

I was using this app for many years but now it feels like its time to switch from prime. Too many ads and it won't synch properly to resume the video from the last I stopped and to get there you have to watch tons of ads, its completely nightmare to watch anything here anymore. I didn't signup for this when I started paying and then one day they decided to changed the terms without giving us any notice. Clearly now they didn't have any ethics or care about customer service.

So a few things: When my phone screen goes to goes black after being paused and you turn your screen back on, the app is out of paused but on the resume episode screen which causes the screen rotation. It's annoying. There are different covers for different seasons of certain shows and are separately put on the screen. We only need one cover from where you pick the seasons. For example: "I shouldn't be Alive". Last of all, the app asks me for a review every time I open it... Well here you go.
