Having laundry on site is fantastic, but not when you never receive your refund that has been outstanding for nearly a year. Furthermore, the machines are frequently out of order, and the recent price increases are unreasonable. It now costs $3 to dry a single load, but because the dryers do not work efficiently, it requires two cycles, costing a total of $6 just to dry one load of laundry. Due to these costs and the poor condition of the equipment, I will be going elsewhere.

works well and customer service is pretty good. If something goes wrong like it takes your money but machine didn't work it can take a long time to get reimbursed and you have to follow up with them, if you dont stay on them you probably will not get reimbursed. That has happened to me 3 times. It is only like $10 or $15 dollars one time when they too money off my card but never applied it to my wash account. The other times was when the machine took my money but not turn on so $4 but it adds up

Edit: Oh look, now they're charging a "convenience fee" without any notification or consent. Also no longer able to add custom $ amount so you're always stuck w/ an unused balance. The app is now sending ads through push notifications and there are no granular permissions available to restrict ads and leave laundry status info. I'm forced into using this app by my apartment building. Wish there was an alternative.
