Google Classroom is a great app for assignments and the classroom in general, but there's some problems on the go for mobile users. I have a Google Pixel 8 (amazing phone), and when I'm on the go, no matter the network, albeit 5G, 5G UC (T-Mobile), or my Gigabit wifi at home, the app still opens really slowly and takes around 15-30 seconds to load a class page. Still the best app for classroom pages though!

Hi, Nathan. Try restarting your phone and make sure you have updated the Classroom app to the most recent version. Please see here: https://goo.gle/3qPrxX8. If that doesn't work, try clearing the app’s cache and storage. Hope this helps!

I haven't really had a problem with this app in a long time. Probably about 6 months. I can attach a picture to an assignment just fine. But when I try to attach a video, it takes forever or doesn't load at all. I tried to clear cache and Uninstal it and reinstall is and it doesn't work still. I have good internet as well and it isn't working.

This app allows me to access my classrooms, and I appreciate it for that. However, since the recent major update, I cannot take pictures or scan in-app and add the picture to the assignment without being sent to the home screen repeatedly, usually spending about fifteen minutes on submitting the picture. Plus, the problem is inconsistent, resulting in either no problem or a big problem. Restarting the app doesn't help.

Hi, Amelia. Try clearing the app’s cache and storage. If that doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall the Classroom app itself?
