Extremely limited in service options and continues to revert to old email address that I no longer have access to. The tables appear to be misaligned, which makes me wonder about the level of security with the app. Update in 2024 - app continues to be terrible. None of the features they claim to have are actually available and it STILL pulls my old email address when trying to complete multi factor authentication.

Terrible since the last few updates. Sick and tired of the random 2 step verification with no way to disable. Hangs up more often than not when trying to view transactions. Used to be good. Not anymore. You people need to fix it. Update: Still worthless since you don't even have the decency to add a button for disabling that damn 2 step verification. And the fact that it's intermittent is just a slap in the face. Fix this junk. Edit: After last update, still trash due to 2 step being reinstated

The app is always down. I mean always. I've been trying to log on to see my account balances and transactions and pending for the last 2 days and I can't. It worked for me one time in the last week, because it was down earlier to. I tried 2 weeks ago to go on and it was also down. It's horrible and a simple app. Keybank and other banks I use never seem to have a issue. But citizens? Always. I need to pay my bills and see my money. This is getting ridiculous
