Ratings and reviews

Newest update has been horrendous! If the video is paused for any reason, skipping ahead or just because I got a call, it won't play. It's just stuck paused and the only way I can get it to play is if I start a different video and then go back to the original. Not to mention if I minimize the video for any reason it just disappears! It's frustrating as hell because I'm constantly having to mess with it, please fix this!

I like this app but it is not functioning correctly at the moment. If your video that you're viewing must be interrupted by a message notification or if you simply turn your phone right side up to read the messages or comments the video will stop playing and it will not start no matter how many times you hit the play button. Other than that it's a fine app.

I am not sure who this app is designed for, but it is certainly not designed for me. I like the YouTube service (content) a lot but this app is really rather crummy. The "shorts" are heavily promoted, but they will stupidly loop forever until stopped. The user's "autoplay" setting is ignored, and instead a list of bizarre rules are applied rather than doing what was requested.
