第一，当接人或者送人到目的地前，不要没有意义自动弹框，影响导航驾驶。第二，路口复杂时要能够自动放大路口线路，并有前头指示正确的路线。第三，导航严重滞后，以至于经常不是转弯早了，就是晚了。第四，当高速堵车时，可以自动提供非高速路线来参考。总之，这个app 内置的导航很烂。如果让大陆中国人来优化，一定能做的非常好！

非常垃圾的客服体验，只会互相推诿，不解决任何问题把你丢给下一个客服，我是铂金司机，我整整三天在红色需求地区只接到几单麦当劳订单，我把这个和客服反馈他们只会说同样的话敷衍我，哪怕只是帮我在后台重置一下账号就可以解决的事情也不愿意帮我弄，还经常派已经关门的餐厅的单给我，导致我不得不取消并承担取消率上升的后果，非常糟糕的体验

体验相当差劲 1.经常无故网络中断，且没有自动重连功能，这个问题在新版本中越来越频繁出现 2.中文版有明显的机翻痕迹，尤其是地图语音部分，经常出现不明所以的表达，甚至左转也能说成右转 3.导航时常导错 4.bug太多，遇到最严重的是当点击取餐后，送餐的导航所在地仍然是取餐的餐厅，此时必须借助第三方导航软件手动输入地址，此bug已遇到两次 5.软件明明有反馈bug的选项，却点击不了
