客服只有選項不能打字有夠爛，外送員一直走遠路，明明就已經到店了，還故意繞一大圈，是一直故意繞遠路走，真的看不懂，還沒有差評的選項？？？，可以加強一下嗎，還有為什麼抵達時間你們可以一直改，那我們就沒辦法取消訂單了啊，請加強一下ok

以下很重要：App.提醒勿關！除非選擇放置某處（最好在訂購前給放置圖片可比對）可讓我拍照留存之外，為了彼此利害著想，所有的領餐請務必麻煩直接秀App.訂單編號，因為我要拍照證明我沒偷餐，只有拍完我才會交餐，我會非常感謝您~！！！神明在看！有問題找客服。---你要吃飯我要生存，就如此而已

一個月以內 可以出現三次送來完全不同人的餐點 其中有一次面對面取餐向外送員反應 外送員甚至是直接跟我說“沒關係你拿這份就好了” 什麼叫我拿這份就好了？現在是要逼我吃這份錯誤的餐點是嗎？ 平常有事沒事延後外送30分鐘我都沒這麼生氣 一個月直接拿錯三次就有點過份了吧？外送單號是放著好看的嗎？外送員只要哪個順手拿哪個就好？
