Ever since they changed to the new style of meet calls, I can't make outgoing calls, but incoming calls work fine. I can clear app data and cache and get the old one back for one call and that still works. Whatever they did to meet, it's not working for me. A video calling app that doesn't make calls is pretty useless. Edit: the supplied help article isn't relevant to my issue, and I've been trying to get help from the help and feedback forum, they've tried to help but not working yet.

The app sucks half the time. I can't even call someone. it just rings and disconnects right away. I've checked to make sure we both have updates on both sides. I have an Android. the person I'm calling has an iPhone and then basically our microphone and video is accessible every now and then it's temperamental and I can't call the person via video. it just disconnects the call rings once and that's it

This app is getting progressively worse with each update. Audio is delayed, distorted, or choppy for past few weeks. And now no one can hear me. I even toggled airplane mode to refresh my network connection before the meeting. I tested my mic with a voice recorder afterwards and it worked just fine, so I know the problem isn't on my end.
