This app is about AS LAME AS THEY COME! Even though I've saved 3 VALID PAYMENT METHODS, each pay period, the app will NOT allow me to simply choose from ANY of them to pay my bill. I have to RE-ENTER one of the three, MONTH AFTER MONTH, until I've stacked up a REDUNDANT list of the same 3 methods, OVER AND OVER. There is NO WAY that I will enroll in AUTOPAY with a SCREWY, UNRELIABLE app that CAN'T even do normal bill payments correctly. Boost Mobile's wireless service is great. THE APP SUCKS.

misleading advertisements have a sign in store, sign says iPhone 16e for $49.99 when switch to $60/ month plan. real big. that's it. VERYYYY small on the bottom where you can barely read even when up close, says only when switching. very misleading advertisement and should have been honored. they refused. I asked for corporate contact and they gave me an email that's not in use. 🙄 service also sucks in the middle of town which is ridiculous

The whole app has changed taking away ways to save $ off bill. The app looks to be good for keeping track of data usage, paying ur bill, adding lines & data, etc. Just not many ways to save $ off the bill like b4. I appreciate the last 2 monthly $5 discounts but it in no way makes up for taking away the $ savers where I was saving approx $8-12 a month off my bill. I can do all this app does by going online. There's an ud almost every time I go to the app to check data usage which is often.🤦🏻
