App picture quality is trash and does not work! No matter how many times I take a picture from any phone (Android/Iphone) of the birth certificate and the driver's license, the app makes it seem blurry because the quality processed within the app is low and they always tell you that the picture you took is unacceptable! You don't even have the option of uploading a picture you took outside the app so it can be of good quality. FIX IT!!!

the application does not work when you have the accessibility voice overturn on the app will just crash over and over Non-Stop

Unable to use application, hangs up at there is an upgrade. will not let you update. app has been updated and now doesn't work.
