Horrible presentation and log in and account issues. Log in / Account. App refuses to save account information and needs you to sign in each time you open the app to clip a coupon. Uninstall and reinstall does nothing. Watch Kroger's automated response tell me to that. Presentation. As a person with vision problems the app is horrible to navigate around in. The colors make it hard to sometimes see names and descriptions of products. Way too much text on the home page to read through.

Extremely frustrating and time wasting app. Only way to clip coupons is to log in, but very difficult to log on to account, keeps giving error. When finally able to log in, app logs you out while being used for no apparent reason. Very difficult to set local store, keeps reverting to far away neighborhood. Very difficult to access weekly ad print version, keeps asking for which store, when local store is set yet again, takes you to generic page, not the weekly ad.

Updating my review from 6 months ago, and not for the better. The only way to clip coupons or check fuel points, which is really the only reason to use the app, is to go OFF THE APP TO THE WEBPAGE, which very conveniently been down for at least a week--keeps telling me that my password is wrong but neener-neener, I must be offline so I can't change the password. As if. Even if I could get to the webpage, the coupon sort feature is abysmal. Do better Kroger, you can afford competant programmers.
