Having the map open and not being able to: exit the map; use my phone navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen; pull up the directions inside the app; submit feedback about Maps navigation, is INSANE. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with Maps, and I've been on a 1700 mile road trip that Google literally directed me on a pitch black night in middle of nowhere to drive across a fenced-in airfield that wasn't even on the map. I survived that. THIS is worse.

I love Google Maps. But lately maps has been freezing up and glitching in normal driving operation mode. I love the heads-up feature allowing near real-time information. This feature has saved lives, I have no doubt. Please fix the bugs! And continue enhancing the heads-up. I will gladly change to 5 stars once the bugs are fixed.

I use this app frequently to avoid traffic. But this week it tried to direct me onto a 1-way busy road- into oncoming traffic. And it happened multiple times when I crossed the same street looking for a house address. Also there must be a bug, because at the end of the route when I try to touch "done" it doesn't register. I have to use the back button, or restart my phone. That doesn't happen when I use other apps. Can you fix those glitches?
