I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone.

Unreliable. There's been numerous occasions on which this app simply doesn't do its job, which is to backup automatically. It then sends you a warning after x days of not doing it's job. What use is that to me, an app that is supposed to do its job automatically, doesn't do it and then send me a warning about it after days! So basically you then have to go into the app and hit the "backup now" button. Pointless and unreliable.
