If I have already paid a bill (Eg. Electric Bill) from any other payment application or method, why the status is not updated to something like - this bill is up-to-date or paid. I just paid my same electric bill twice. And there was no technology to tell me that this bill was already paid before. Being such a reputed organization how can you miss this really important thing to include in your application!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!

The app is excellent, but I have a recommendation that could greatly benefit children and elderly users who may occasionally enter incorrect payment amounts. I propose a two-step payment verification system tailored for these user groups. After scanning and initiating a payment, the final step would require parental or guardian approval. The approver would receive a request via Google Pay, accompanied by a distinct, prolonged notification alert. Once approved, the payment would be processed.
