I have not only viewed, for "free," many "samples" of many books on Play Books, but I have also PURCHASED many of those exact same books. That said, why for "some" of those same Books that I had paid for, some I can copy and paste from with no restrictions, others, strangely enough, I can not, even though, in the end, I understand "copyrights" and so on and so on. My opinion: distracting, extra-burdensome, time-wasting--and, frankly, not a good way to keep one shopping at the same (ANY) store.

First, Google home assistant doesn't see my audio books in my library so I have to manually cast from my phone to Google home for it to read my book. Second, every time I open the app, it goes backward from where I stopped the day before. Sometimes it's one or two or five chapters, sometimes it goes back to the very beginning. It is really pissing me off!!!!!!! 🤬😡

I have had 0 issues using this app. I have a list of books that was purchased for me digitally that I struggled to find an app that I could use easily and without constant ads. I was never able to in the past. 7 years later and I tried to read using this app with immediate success, no ads, and it keeps track of my progress across devices. Exceptional app for what it's supposed to do
