It appears that after a recent Android update, the app is having issues loading Secrets Resort pages, becoming caught in an endless loop of reloading the page. This doesn't happen with other resorts in the collection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. With my trip a week away, I'm kind of bummed, as I use the app often, with it serving as a room key at times.

Open hours of restaurants not up to date, we are staying at the resort for 5 nights and we cannot even get one reservation at any restaurant! Staff always have to explain how the app times don't match what their management has put in place. This is highly disappointing since the price you pay to stay at this resort! App needs updated times and management needs to keep on cools longer so clients get a better experience.

I enjoy using these kinds of resort apps but in this particular case it would be good if I could bookmark the resort that we are currently staying is there are many resorts listed; enable us to book at the restaurants in advance for preferred club members that's it
