User interface is cluttered, unintuitive, and hard to use. My biggest complaint, however, is that you sometimes get to the point of checking out, only to be told that some item(s) aren't available for delivery. If so, then why are they listed for purchase? I've scrapped entire orders several times because of this. Also, Instacart supposedly handles delivery. So why are some items available in this app, but not in the Instacart app? And why aren't bananas for sale in either? Dec '25. 👎

Love the pickup convenience. But there is one really big problem for me. I have a big family and make large pickup orders. After adding my very large list of regular items to the cart, the app will simply tell me that a certain number of items were not added to the cart. It doesn't tell which items these were, so that I can shop for substitutes. So I have to spend alot of time searching and comparing my regulars list to my cart items to see what is missing. Pleeeeese fix this!!!

Sometimes the app works sometimes it does not. It's always confusing to find digital deals. And then which coupon you've clipped. This week, you click on digital coupons. Nothing is there that is published. You page further down in the app and you can find digital coupons clipped here. Why have two locations. You would think someone in Cincinnati would have enough on the ball to make a decent app.
