used this for years now. it's good. it needs more though. it needs to have moon phases, would help for those who keep track of it, be it for gardening/farming, photography, sky gazing, etc. also would be nice to have the option to add holidays from other cultures as not everyone solely celebrates only the ones shown. it would also be nice if there were more customizable color choices for the memos. no real complaints. I like that you get notifications for your memos as well.

To be honest, I only got this so that events would show up properly in my phone's default calendar. As it turns out, turning on the holidays for ALL countries and religions is a bad idea! I turned most of them off and it fixed my problem. The app itself is alright, but navigating the calendar itself is more annoying than what I want to deal with. It keeps snapping to the single day calendar when I just want to look at one holiday, and I haven't found anything for color-coding holidays.

Works but has usability flaws. Example: when you set location of a calendar event, it suggests locations Google knows about (or recently used?). That's fine when it comes up with the right location. But if their info is a bit off or incomplete, there's no way to edit their suggestion (in the event only). You can only accept their suggestion as is or enter all the info manually. Samsung's calendar app, on the other hand, lets you start from the suggested and edit to tailor it to your needs.
