Horrible service. The internet is extremely spotty and kicks off multiple times a day, multiple times a week. Will not be using this company any longer. It's going up to $99 and it's not even worth the $49 promotion I signed up for. I had to disconnect the Wi-Fi just to type this. I have to reset it, of course, which I just did last night before bed, not even 10 hours ago.. It's now 8:10AM.. Save yourself some time. I'm searching for a more stable and faster provider.

Like everything with Kinetic, this app is 💩. Had a DSL connection (where they raised the price every 3-6 months) but the whole time the app could never connect to my router, run tests or provide any useful information. Figured it was the 💩 DSL and I'd worry about it if they ever brought fiber. Now I have fiber and the internet works... but the app tells me I have no Internet connection at all. 🙄 NOTHING... NOT ONE THING has EVER gone right or smoothly with Kinetic. NEVER... NEVER... EVER!

Trash, every time I try to sign in, it tells me to install the app. When I'm using the app to sign in. This company is sorry, the service provided is sorry and you have the audacity to increase the monthly cost with out increasing the service. I never receive emails about billing increase, i can never download the bill through the app to compare. As soon as another company offers service through fiber optic cable, im dropping this.
