I tried to pay my monthly phone bill through this app using an RBC credit card. The app showed the payment as declined, however, it was still posted to my credit card. The bank is telling me I will likely have to dispute the charge, as it was approved by them and is still pending. Telus has no record of the payment ever coming through, erroring out, or being pending. I will never use this app again for bill payments, that is unfair and is completely ridiculous. Now I will be charged a late fee.

This is the glitchiest app I've ever had to use. No matter how many times I update it, troubleshoot with support, or reinstall, it won't let me view any information about my Optik TV package or make any changes. It keeps telling me to call support, (and provides the phone number,) but it only lets you speak a bot, which then redirects you back to the app to chat online. When you use the online chat, you can't get through to a person... it's just a useless bot again. FIX THIS HORRIBLE APP!

I like the app to check on my data usage and billing. I have a fantastic sales representative whom actually does follow up and helps me if I have questions. Thank you. What needs work is the add ons, especially stream+

What's new

We’ve made a few small updates to the My TELUS app.

- Data usage records can now be accessed through a new link on the Plans & Devices tab

- Owner and manager subscribers can toggle wireless data on/off from the Plans & Devices tab

We are always making improvements to the app – stay tuned for more.
