AVOID Verizon is terrible. Service is no longer decent and they tack on random fees and charges without explanation, then make the bill intentionally difficult to decipher. IE - I paid off my bill, checked it again an hour later, and there was a balance of $40. How does that happen in 5 minutes when you're billed monthly and nothing was purchased? You have an assigned business account manager, but they are impossible to get ahold of. It's been 10 months, 6 emails, and so many calls - nothing!

Consistently Awful. I have had Verizon for over 20 years. This app hardly ever works. I will get allowed 1 maybe 2 log in attempts then I get locked out. It changes my security question to one I never used regularly. It just never works. I have tried to log in mutimes over the past year cause I was going to upgrade my business tablets and phones. I haven't and most like won't cause the app never works, the stores suck, the service has gotten worse since 2019 and not one person seems to care.

Passwords have always been a problem! This more Verizon, than this app. But I can't give a good rating with a bad experience. Cell phone for business is a necessary evil. Update; I only use this to pay the bill. After getting password straitened out, it's worked for my needs. Haven't had the past problems in some time now, Thankfully. All i do with this app is pay the bill, so take my rating now with a grain of salt.
