The app is simple to use and has a clean, user-friendly interface. The only downside IтАЩve encountered so far is the inability to download statements. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an option to access receipts beyond the immediate post-payment screen especially since they disappear if you accidentally navigate away or restart the app. I hope a future update will include the ability to view past receipts at any time.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on such a feature. Also, you can actually download the statements through Accounts>Statement>Filter with your required date range>then press the 'adobe' icon on the top right of the screen to download the statement in PDF. Hope that helps. Cheers.

This app has gone downhill. Everytime I have to update my password and code and if I reinstall it, it says to send an sms. I have to send it 10 times just to get it reactivated. Always the code expires and money gets spent in stupid sms. Other bank apps aren't that hard. this app has made it miserable for me.

Terrible experience. This software is supposed to make life convenient not harder. I've been trying to activate my account for many days now and it keeps on saying theres an error please try again later at step 3??? How many weeks does it take for the "error" to be fixed!? Not only that,each time I try new code is needed so the balance deducts too omg!!! Please fix this
