Kroger makes it VERY clear that they don't actually want people to be able to use coupons. This app is basically unusable. Scan items and it can't find them, searching for items gives nothing, coupons and items can't be easily sorted by department or % off. OH, and the coupons never want to load when I am checking out and trying to use them, creating more work for store employees who are already manning 6 checkouts because they refuse to have more than 1 checkout line open.

The savings coupon filters never work, nor does it actually sort in the order you selected. I don't want to see delivery and pickup only coupons, and yet it always shows them. Plus, you're limited to a certain number of coupons, which is honestly the most frustrating cause you never know what that number is. You're just at the mercy of QFC tech people who seem to have no understanding of UI basics.

Every time I think they have worked most of the bugs out, and I have gotten used to the interface, they change it and introduce more bugs. The latest version makes using the lists very difficult, items show up as unavailable, items show in list as "product info not available (and then I have to try and remember what it was I added), and coupons I add seem to remove themselves later, so they don't get used at the store. The Apple app is borked, too, but not as bad.
