When I click on pause, the app simply doesn't pause the exercise. I wanted to pause the app for 10 sec, so quickly I let my dog out in the garden, I had to restart the full exercise. Otherwise it is a good app, with good excercises, I am not bothered about the ads. Once the issue will be fixed, I will come back to edit my review to 5 stars.

I'm actually stretching now so it must be working. Before using this app I didn't have the motivation to stretch much and didn't really know what to do. There's lots of routines (i.e. splits training, stretching for runners) and they can be edited easily. I don't like seeing ads but to remove them is a monthly subscription fee which I'm not going to fork out for. If there was a one time purchase fee for the app I would gladly pay it. However, I understand why they chose this business model.

I use the free one. If I didn't have so many subscriptions I would get the paid for one as some of the stretches seem very good. There are good free stretches and you csn increase the length of time of these and also change the order. You can also design your own. It is an excellent app with very reasonable free content. The ads are there but not intrusive tbh. Get it.
