Ratings and reviews

I find the app a bit overwhelming at times. There are too many packages available, which makes it confusing. Simplifying the options would make it much easier to choose. Additionally, it would be great if there was an option to schedule my package renewals instead of just topping up. This way, I wouldn't end up consuming my credits unintentionally. I hope these improvements can be considered!

its a terrible system. The app is complex and not straight forward. You have to load money and buy the products after instead of just clicking on the product and buying. So many adds. system is confusing. you cant load money exactly for what you want to buy so you have odd amounts of money left over. The packages are TERRIBLE value for money. The whole concept is archaic. This company needs to realize its in the 21st century and join it. Just all around aweful. oh and the app bugs often

This is the most buggy all for a telco in existence, the user feedback messages are awful, the authentication doesn't work, it loses saved cards. The product was already too expensive, if you make it annoying to buy then I'm just not going to buy it, transferring my number is easier than using this app
