Ratings and reviews

I love YouTube and watch videos daily I'm sure like most people. In the last couple weeks the app keeps crashing. In the middle of a video the screen minimizes or goes blurry. I have to retap the app then I can only watch the video in landscape format otherwise I have to close and relaunch the app. Please fix this...it's really so annoying. Same thing is starting to happen in maps although I don't have to relaunch the app. It just minimizes.

The ads are getting out of control. When they implemented longer and more frequent ads, it was whatever. But now they're punishing people who use ad blockers by lowering video quality and making the video run slower. It's incredibly petty. Not to mention I've gotten an unstoppable ad that was almost 4 minutes long. That's actually insane. My friend who had YouTube premium has gotten ads twice now, which is like, the whole point of premium. YouTube is so money hungry. Do better.

Edit: it crashes (turns off) my Bluetooth speaker when pressing play after being paused. 1. You took alot of people off that I used to watch, ruined alot of YouTube because of it. 2. WHATS WITH ALL THE ADS one at the end on a video then one before another starts. When I find a different video site/app. I'm getting rid of you.
