The App has bugs, and the service sucks. So I found that AT&T with all their technology and communication knowhow, cannot get a chat system to allow a simple way to retain a copy of the transcript from a chat agent conversation. I mean how convenient for them that "the transcript function is currently unavailable." I copy/pasted the conversation. That was with the AT&T Rewards Center support, who are just one step away from useless. And the wireless chat support is worse. No options at ALL !

Attempting to chat in with an issue will completely lock your phone. What I mean is, they will take 2 hours to resolve your issue, if they even resolve it, but you cannot use your phone for anything. Attempting to view a message for instance will log you out of the app and you lose all progress with the chat rep. If I was still able to use my phone while using this app it wouldn't get 1 star

I am AT&T customer. Not for long. One, I want to lower my costs. Two, I am tired of being bombarded with the At&T Unlimited ads on TuneIn Radio. I'm not paying for a podcast to listen to one program. So I'm okay with ads. But your ad plays during every break, sometimes more than once. I will be changing carriers after my current bill cycle. Enough. I encourage others to do the same.
