The App has bugs, and the service sucks. So I found that AT&T with all their technology and communication knowhow, cannot get a chat system to allow a simple way to retain a copy of the transcript from a chat agent conversation. I mean how convenient for them that "the transcript function is currently unavailable." I copy/pasted the conversation. That was with the AT&T Rewards Center support, who are just one step away from useless. And the wireless chat support is worse. No options at ALL !

I am AT&T customer. Not for long. One, I want to lower my costs. Two, I am tired of being bombarded with the At&T Unlimited ads on TuneIn Radio. I'm not paying for a podcast to listen to one program. So I'm okay with ads. But your ad plays during every break, sometimes more than once. I will be changing carriers after my current bill cycle. Enough. I encourage others to do the same.

Please look at changing some things on your app. I'm pretty good with apps, but I just spent 20 min trying to look at my most recent bill. I kept tapping on see details to no avail. I don't have any other apps that use a passcode AND password for sign in. The really problematic part is the Google doesn't even get it. As soon as you enter the PC, a Google pop-up asks you if you want to save the updated PASSWORD!! I really could see rethinking that.
