daca se poate as dorii șofer sa îmi vina de la Ploiesti. e fain sa stai 15-20 de min afara in frig , întârziat la servici. dar e ok daca nu se găsesc șoferi în București merge și din Pitești

Experiență urâtă. Tratament necorespunzător față de client când nu se onorează cursa si se opresc banii pt ca un client a anulat pt ca se saturase se aștepte 20 - 30 de minute. Banii luați incorect din cont nu s au înapoiat. Nici nu mai e nevoie. Sa nu mai aud. Foarte urat. Optați pt alte companii corecte față de public. Cum sa plătești pt o cursă neefectuata? E normal sa anulezi daca aștepți in stradă 25 - 30 de minute degeaba. Jenant.

După ce am așteptat 13 minute în frig în loc de 5, vine un NESIMȚIT DE CEA MAI JOASĂ SPEȚĂ și nu mă ia, pe motiv că aveam un bichon mic, pe care il duceam la vaccinat!!! Mi-a spus sec că trebuia să iau Uber Pet, ceea ce NU EXISTĂ!!!!! ORI ERA MONUMENT DE NESIMȚIRE, ORI ERA DROGAT ȘI NU-ȘI DĂDEA SEAMA CE VORBEȘTE!!! Emanuel Sorin- Ford Puma, Constanța.
