Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible and only continues to get worse. Here lately it has started to mess up, constantly, when trying to update trips for Drivewise. It kicks me out, doesn't keep the changes I've made, and I have to update the same trips repeatedly. If this isn't fixed soon I'll be switching to another insurance provider.

Just got charged $128 because apparently turning off the annoying drivewise notification spam also disables drivewise itself! Why??Drivewise is a background process. Notifications are FOR ME if I want to know what they're notifying ME of. No other app with background processes requires this. There's also no warning this will happen unless you go back into the app which I had no reason to do until I got my bill just now. Absolutely unacceptably bad design. Let me turn off drivewise notifications!

09-03-24 Drivewise has stopped recording trips. I tried to reinstall and everything else I could think of. Trips won't record. 09-30-22 Drivewise keeps reporting I'm using my phone when driving, when I'm not. Drivewise better not cause my rates to go up because the app sucks. 10/27/24 Drivewise will count every other trip. This app is bad and it's screwing me up on hitting my trip goals. Last night I was driving with my phone for 20 minutes. It record 2 minutes of driving. This app sucks.

What's new

We’ve been busy updating the Allstate app:

- Made it easier to enroll eligible drivers into Drivewise and manage drivers.

- Customers can now sign documents electronically in the app!

- All app users have access to free crash detection. The crash detection feature will detect when you’ve been in an accident and connect you with help quickly. Set up crash detection through Drivewise or as a standalone feature in the settings page.
