It's frustrating that Lyft won't let you adjust the pick up location anymore. the number of times I've had a driver go past me on a corner to loop around the block (which in city traffic can take several minutes, or more) because my pickup was on a one-way street and they were coming from the opposite direction... uber lets you adjust your pickup so you can avoid this.

If you haven't used the account in a while and change/update your license, there's no way to log in and their help page online has no information on what to do. Calling them tells you to go to the help page online and hangs up. The app worked once upon a time but for this issue it's totally useless and doesn't allow you to recover an account or delete the existing one. Terrible experience since I really needed a ride while traveling but I guess I'll make an Uber account.

The app is very slow trying to move thru it, not to mention trying to send a message to the proper dept. on issues that are not listed. I gave a Samsung Galaxy s9 & it works great. The app as far as I can tell you is up to date on my phone. The last update you guys did was in May 2024. This is the only app that gives me a problem. Very glitzy even trying to book a ride, I goes in slow mode. Please fix this issue please. I have no problem going to Uber..smh
